Or, for example, by monitoring and analyzing how users interact with our Services so we can create new features that we think our users will enjoy and that will help them create and manage websites more efficiently or make our Services easier to use.

We may collect personally-identifiable information for the following reasons:

If you don’t want to hear from us, you can opt out of marketing communications at any time. (If you opt out, we’ll still send you important updates relating to your account.)
Processing data from Slack
To provide our services our app stores the following Slack data which is never shared and can be requested to be deleted or transferred
- Slack team ID
- Slack channel ID
- Slack user ID
- Slack user timezone
- Scheduled message ID
The scope of data that the application has access to is defined by the scopes listed in the Slack App Directory
Any other data not listed above that is accessed by these scopes is only accessed temporarily to provide a customized experience to users.
Processing data from monday.com
No Personally Identifiable Data is processed or stored
We use these OAuth scopes:
me:read - This is used to identify the active user to allow them to modify the approval status for an item they are requested to
approveboards:read - This is used to read information about the item like the assignees of the
itemboards:write - This is used to modify the approval text column created to store the approval status of an
itemusers:read - This is used to populate a list of potential approvers for an
itemteams:read - This is used to populate teams required for approvals on an
itemnotifications:write - This is used to notify assignees of the changed approval status of an item
Analytics and error reporting
- We use Amplitude to process non-PII analytics
- We use Sentry for error reporting
We aren't a data broker, we don't sell your personal information to data brokers, and we don't sell your information to other companies that want to spam you with marketing emails.
By installing Rosters for Slack or Approval Workflows for monday.com you agree that Change1t may use your company name and logo in promotional material. No individual user names or any personally identifiable information will be shared at any time. You can request to be excluded from promotional material through our contact page.
How Long We Keep Information
We generally discard information about you when it’s no longer needed for the purposes for which we collect and use it
While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so. We monitor our Services for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.
